• Meshing of Chassis systems - Suspension, brakes, exhaust systems, power train mounts
• Build the Chassis model in ABAQUS for durability analysis
• Understand the each load case and setup the load case model for analysis
• Simulate the model using ABAQUS. This also involves model debug
• Results study and documentation
• Results interpretation and recommendation
• 4+ years experience
• Expertise in HyperMesh/ANSA
• Expertise in ABAQUS
• Expertise in understanding the Chassis sub-system performance and functionality
• Knowledge of NASTRAN is preferred
