• Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech(Mechanical/ Automobile)
• Experience: 3 – 5 Years
• Tools: CATIA, AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor

Skills & Abilities

• BE or ME in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
• Knowledge of Powertrain component (blocks, heads, cases, valve bodies) machining processes
• Knowledge of cutting tools typically used in aluminum/cast iron powertrain component machining
• In depth understanding of Machining Process, Fixture design and GD & T
• Good CAD skills – AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor, some CATIA
• Experience and knowledge of UGS/Tecnomatix Machining Line Planner and RealNC
• Experience and knowledge of CNC programming (Siemens and Bosch Rexroth controllers)
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional team
