Director of Business Development Kevin McKenna oversees the clinical and lab services business initiatives within EASi. Kevin and his team specialize in providing project based resources within the large scope of capabilities that EASi has to offer, including clinical trial management, drug safety, regulatory affairs and more. Kevin’s career began in 2001 with Aerotek, the parent company of EASi, where he started as a specialized recruiter in the sciences space. During his 18 months as a recruiter, Kevin was recognized nationally for being one of Aerotek’s top recruiters. Due to his quick success, he was quickly promoted to account manager in May of 2003. Additional promotions followed, including management of the New York and New Jersey sciences markets, and oversight of the northeast operations for Aerotek’s clinical offerings. Kevin’s leadership has led to his team winning various Top Performers awards, Sales Excellence awards, leadership awards and other accolades. In 2018, Aerotek’s clinical business moved under EASi, where Kevin serves in his current role as Director of Business Development. He is a member of scientific and clinical research strategy teams, as well as ACRP, RAPS and DIA. Kevin graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT with a degree in business management.
