Chad Koele leads the sales, practice and delivery of EASi’s sciences and engineering solutions. Chad joined Aerotek, EASi’s parent company, in 1993 and most recently served as Aerotek’s senior vice president of operations. Chad also lead strategic sales and operations, helping expand Aerotek’s global services offerings and supporting its most complex customers.
Scott Anderson leads financial strategy for EASi. Scott started his career at Aerotek, EASi’s parent company, in 1998 as an assistant controller. Scott moved into his most recent role of executive director of financial operations for Aerotek in July 2017 after spending five years in Sydney, Australia, as chief financial officer for Aerotek’s parent company, Allegis Group, in Asia Pacific.
Suzanne Sanborn is the vice president of finance for EASi. Suzanne began her career with Allegis Group as an assistant controller in 1996. Over the years, she held several financial roles within fellow Allegis Group operating companies, including regional controller at Aerotek, director of financial operations at TEKsystems and vice president of finance at MarketSource. She most recently served as executive director of financial operations for EASi.
Bryan Toffey is the vice president of EASi. Bryan is responsible for leading EASi business development and serving current large-scale national and international clients. Bryan began his career with EASi’s parent company, Aerotek, in 1994 as a technical recruiter. He later moved into sales and was then promoted to several management roles. Bryan assisted in opening Aerotek’s first office in Canada in 1995 in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 2000, Bryan became the director of business operations managing the Mississauga, Ontario, office. He was then promoted to regional vice president of Aerotek’s Canadian operations in 2007 and served the region until 2019, when he was promoted to his current position. As a regional vice president, Bryan provided world-class recruiting and staffing services and helped establish Aerotek as a leading staffing provider in Canada. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Mike Varon brings more than 20 years of business development and operations management experience to EASi. Prior to joining EASi, Mike served as director of operations, Engineering, for EASi’s parent company, Aerotek. Mike joined Aerotek in 1993. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
As leader of business development for EASi, Rocco is responsible for helping customers identify and access the right solutions for their engineering and sciences challenges. Rocco began his career in 1997 as a recruiter with Aerotek, EASi’s parent company. Most recently, he served as executive director of strategic sales for Aerotek’s Life Sciences vertical, where he supported sales and delivery for industry-leading clients within the medical device, biopharmaceutical and academic research institution industries.
Tanya Axenson is the vice president of human resources for Aerotek’s family of brands, including EASi, and parent company Allegis Group. Tanya oversees all aspects of global human resources while spearheading the development of the company’s human resources strategy and its direction for human capital initiatives.
A seasoned and respected human resources executive, Tanya’s leadership philosophy focuses on the importance of inclusion, engagement and a commitment to helping individuals realize their professional and personal goals — all of which are deeply embedded in the Aerotek and Allegis Group culture.
Before joining Aerotek and Allegis Group, Tanya served as executive director of human resources for Constellation Power Generation, where she provided support to Constellation’s nationwide fleet of non-nuclear generating assets, as well as executive director of talent acquisition, where she oversaw recruiting and staffing efforts for the entire Constellation family of companies. Prior to her roles in human resources, Tanya served as Constellation’s senior HR counsel, providing legal advice and guidance on all labor and employment law issues facing the company. Tanya began her career as an associate attorney with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she handled labor and employment law matters for a variety of large clients.
Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
Dana Baughns serves as vice president and general counsel to Aerotek’s companies, including EASi. She collaborates with senior-level executives and business partners to deliver the best workplace practices, regulatory compliance and strategic solutions to meet business objectives across our companies, and within the shared services function of Allegis Group. She has extensive complex litigation experience and supervises the defense of Aerotek in lawsuits, claims and government investigations.
More importantly, Dana provides counsel within Aerotek and to our clients on a variety of labor and employment laws, government contracting obligations, service and vendor agreement negotiation, bankruptcy, non-compete compliance and enterprise risk mitigation. Dana is an effective business partner with a passion and proven track record of developing solutions that successfully balance business goals, client objectives and legal compliance.

Vice President of International Business Development and Operations, Mark Cooper is responsible for driving new international business development opportunities — with a focus on strategies to generate and keep customers in international markets for EASi. Over the years, Mark has held an array of leadership positions within the sales and operational divisions of Allegis Group's network of operating companies. Mark served as both executive director and vice president of Human Capital Solutions at Allegis Group Services and was instrumental in developing the organization’s workforce management solutions offering. Mark was promoted in 2009 to serve as Vice President of Technical and Professional Services at Aerotek. Because of his expertise, his insight is regularly sought for industry trends, talent acquisition strategies and workforce management technology evaluations. In 2015, Mark was promoted to his current role as Vice President of International Business Development. Mark graduated from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida.
