Job Summary



EASi is hiring a junior-level IT Support (desktop support / CAD administrator) for a long-term role supporting the Lancaster center. This individual will partner with a Senior IT member in providing outstanding internal service to EASi's engineers, designers, drafters in areas of CAD administration, system administration, IT support and system security while also supporting daily operations of the office.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years Windows Desktop support experience
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
  • Prior experience receiving, processing and resolving user requests (ticketing system) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily/weekly tasks
  • Willingness to learn new tasks, receive mentorship, acquire additional skills and grow scope of responsibilities over time to support company growth and expansion of role
  • Prior exposure working through vendors or centralized IT teams in order to address escalated issues within own office
  • Experience working on Windows 7/10 and Windows server Operating system
  • Working knowledge of Network technology, IP Addressing, DHCP and DNS
  • Working knowledge of Backup technologies and Network File servers
  • Working knowledge of Windows Active directory and Group policies
  • Experience supporting CAD tools (i.e. Autodesk, SolidWorks and Creo) is a plus
  • Ability to creating Best Practices and Procedures for users
  • Ability to schedule / plan new deployments and upgrades
  • Willing to travel locally to customer sites (less than 10%) for job related responsibilities
  • Experience in working on global and virtual teams
  • Ability to lift/move computer equipment's weighing up to 30 lbs.
