The Data Analyst will help develop a reporting tool by carving out data from different data sources. They will support and maintain database management, computer program and web development, and build interactive reporting.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Program Data Analysis and Stability ("Data Central")

  • To support and maintain program data, the various databases involved, and the stability of these databases, the control of access to them.
  • Build interactive reporting tool by carving out data from various data sources. The reporting tool is expected to be interactive, easy to use, and easy to modify.
  • To expand the databases to support additional clients and facilitate data within the wider system.

  • Web Development

  • Stabilize and maintain mySQL with Access Front end for Data Central or similar.
  • Further develop and launch Javascript front end with mySQL database for Data Central or similar.
  • Maintain Sharepoint intranet page for reports.

  • Education and Experience Requirements
    • Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related degree.
    • Masters' Degree is a plus.
    • One to two years of experience in handling databases and relational databases .
    • One to two years of experience with software programming language such as MySQL, JavaScript, Hadoop, NoSQL, Python, HTML, CSS.
    • Experience with putting together impactful presentations is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
