Job Summary



EASi Engineering is currently seeking candidates for our NVH analyst opening. This person will sit within our engineering center in Troy, MI and be part of a team focused on engineering analysis for varied projects coming into the center.

The EASi Senior NVH Analyst is a critical role within the delivery organization and supports a Delivery Manager and/or Program Manager in the execution of day to day activities for one or more services engagements. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the NVH and Durability projects, as well as other related Design/Engineering work as part of delivery team to ensure the successful completion of projects. The primary purpose of this role is to perform a wide variety of NVH engineering and technical tasks involving the application of engineering knowledge and the development of solutions to complex problems pertaining to products, materials, manufacturing processes, tests, and unique customer applications.

Essential Functions:
* Assume responsibility and accountability of deliverable correctness and completeness.
* Identify areas of concern and suggest recommendation to derive new design alternatives
* Develop and evaluate design proposals based on analysis results and all related tasks required for EASi's deliverables along with project engineers.
* Ensure the deliverables are developed in accordance with applicable industry or project standards and customer requirements.
* Apply his/her knowledge of computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools and techniques to positively influence development efforts and support projects as needed.
* Review and evaluate technical or non-technical data as it pertains to deliverable of EASi and lead teams to complete the deliverable.
* Responsible for preparing technical report and proposals based on observations and findings
* Develop, coordinate, and document project guidelines and best practices to improve engineering design analysis processes and methodologies.
* Development of POCs (Proof of Concepts) with new methods, capabilities and value-added solutions for continuous improvement of engineering practices.
* Responsible for customer communication on schedule and status.
* Collaborate with Project Managers to manage risk, project scope, work plan and resource management.
* Supervises, trains and develops analyst (Project Engineers)
* Other duties as assigned by management
